Here’s how it works:
There are three levels of rewards in the DS Points Plus program. You are placed in a level based on your total annual spend with Dentsply Sirona during the previous calendar year.

You earn points for online product purchases at dentsplysirona.com2 - every product, every day.
You can redeem points for savings at checkout on future online purchases of products AND select CE courses at dentsplysirona.com.

Customers must have enough DS Points to cover the complete transaction.
The One DS Loyalty Program introduces several improvements and changes while retaining the familiar features that members appreciate. It continues to offer the same rewards levels—Cobalt, Gold, and Titanium—allowing members to enjoy their points-earning journey as before.
Additionally, the way rewards level upgrades are managed has been updated. Members no longer have to wait for a six-month review period for reward level upgrades. Instead, every time a member completes a qualifying purchase that makes them eligible for a higher rewards level, their rewards level status will immediately be updated to the higher level as soon as the transaction is recorded. This change provides a more responsive experience that acknowledges and rewards loyalty in real time.
Another key change is the rules around the expiry of points. Points earned under the One DS Loyalty Program will automatically expire at the end of the month that is two (2) years after the month during which the points are earned. For example, any points earned by a member in July 2025 will expire on 31 July 2027 (if the points are not redeemed or forfeited beforehand). This differs for points earned under the DS Points Plus Loyalty Program which expire when a member’s account is closed or becomes inactive.
The One DS Loyalty Program also has updated terms and conditions that clarify different aspects of the loyalty program offered by Dentsply Sirona. You can view the updated full terms and conditions here [insert link].
Existing points balances of eligible active members of the DS Points Plus Loyalty Program will automatically be carried over to the new One DS Loyalty Program.
DS Points Plus Loyalty Program points and One DS Loyalty Program points have the same value.
Members will be required to use the carried over DS Points Plus Loyalty Program points first before using their One DS Loyalty Program points. Additionally, the new platform will automatically use the DS Points Plus Loyalty Program points first without members needing to take any action.
Not all customers are eligible to participate. Unless otherwise agreed with Dentsply Sirona, the One DS Loyalty Program is not available to those who have trade agreements in place, such as Government, University/School, Community Groups, Hospitals, Corporate customers, and buying groups. Eligible customers earn points by purchasing goods on the Dentsply Sirona Shop Website. Points are awarded at the time of invoicing, which may occur after the purchase date. Orders placed via phone, in person, or through other non-DS Site methods do not earn points. However, Dentsply Sirona may offer exclusive promotions to earn or redeem points, which will adhere to the terms and conditions of the One DS Loyalty Program unless specified otherwise.
Members earn One DS Loyalty points based on their total online spend (excluding GST) with Dentsply Sirona via the Dentsply Sirona Shop Website in the previous 12 months, calculated daily on a rolling basis. The only exception is online spend on Clinical Education (CE) courses, which will not earn One DS Loyalty points.
There are three rewards levels:
Level 1: COBALT - Spend up to $9,999 and earn 2 point per $1.
Level 2: GOLD - Spend between $10,000 and $39,999 and earn 4 points per $1.
Level 3: TITANIUM - Spend $40,000 or more and earn 6 points per $1.
For example, if a member qualifies for the Cobalt level and spends $1,000 on products at the Dentsply Sirona Shop Website, they will earn 2,000 points. Each point is worth $0.01, giving the member $20.00 in savings on a future online order at the Dentsply Sirona Shop Website (2,000 points x $0.01 = $20.00).
If no points are earned for two years, the account is deemed inactive. Dentsply Sirona will notify the member six months before this happens. Inactive accounts will forfeit all points.
Also, purchases of Clinical Education (CE) courses on the Dentsply Sirona Shop Website do not earn One DS points.
Earned points will be posted to member accounts online within 24 hours after an eligible purchase.
Tiering upgrades (i.e. moving to a higher rewards level) are implemented dynamically. When a member makes a purchase that qualifies them for a higher rewards level, they are moved to the higher level as soon as the purchase is recorded on their account.
Tiering downgrades (i.e. moving to a lower rewards level) are implemented on a 6-monthly basis, on 30 June and 31 December each year (Re-tiering Dates). If on a Re-tiering Date, a Program Member has not made sufficient eligible purchases in the previous 12 months to maintain their current rewards level, they will be reassigned to a lower level based on their eligible purchases in the previous 12 months.
Members must redeem points online for eligible products. They need to have enough points to cover the entire reward "purchase" at the time of redemption. Points are redeemed on a 'first-in, first-out' basis. The redemption schedule, available rewards, and other information can be found on the program website.
One DS Loyalty points can be used to save on product purchases online at the Dentsply Sirona Shop Website. The process is simple:
1. At checkout, choose the option to CHANGE PAYMENT METHOD.
2. Members will see their total rewards points and have the option to redeem some or all of their points for savings on their purchase.
Additionally, Logged-in members can also access their One DS Loyalty Program summary in the MY ACCOUNT section.
Certain products on the Dentsply Sirona Shop Website may not be redeemed with One DS Program points or DS Points Plus Program points. Members will not be given an option to “purchase” these products with points on the Dentsply Sirona Shop Website.
Also, members must have sufficient points to cover the entire reward “purchase” at the time of redemption. Partial redemptions are not allowed.
No, members can only use the points on future purchases at the Dentsply Sirona Shop Website. At checkout, members will be prompted to redeem some or all of their points for savings on that purchase.
One DS Loyalty members can view their accumulated points available for redemption online at the Dentsply Sirona Shop Website. After logging in, members can view their program summary, including earned and redeemed points, in the My Account section.
One DS Loyalty Points expire at the end of the month that is two years after the month during which they are earned. For example, points earned in July 2025 will expire on 31 July 2027 (if the points are not redeemed or forfeited beforehand). Members can view expiring points on their Account dashboard.
DS Points Plus Loyalty points will expire when the member’s account is closed or becomes inactive.
Points earned from returned purchases will be deducted from the member's account. If a purchase is exchanged, the member keeps the points earned, but no additional points are given for higher value exchanges. Points used for redeemed products that are returned will be forfeited.
Yes, members can close their account at any time. Points will be forfeited upon account closure.
All active and eligible DS Points Plus Loyalty members will automatically be transitioned to the One DS Loyalty Program. Their DS Points Plus Loyalty points will also automatically be included in their One DS Loyalty point balances.
While both programs maintain the same membership and points earning levels—Cobalt, Gold, and Titanium—there are some improvements and features to look forward to with the One DS Program. Yes, members will continue to earn points at the same rates across all membership levels: Cobalt, Gold, and Titanium.
The points redemption values remain the same, allowing members to spend your points across our online catalogue on the Dentsply Sirona Shop Website just like before.
The One DS Loyalty Program offers improved visibility and updates on your points balances, making it easier for you to track your earnings.
Member’s existing DS Points Plus Loyalty Program points balance will be carried over to the new One DS Loyalty Program. DS Points Plus Loyalty points will expire when the member’s account is closed or becomes inactive.
You can exit the program by:
· logging into your DS Points Plus Loyalty Program or One DS Loyalty Program account
· selecting ‘Manage Practice Accounts’
· selecting ‘View Details’
· selecting ‘Edit’ in the ‘Practice Billing Location’ section
· unchecking the tickbox which states that you would like to receive DS Points for your purchases
· confirming that you wish to exit the program by clicking ‘Ok’
· selecting ‘Save’ on the ‘Practice Billing Location’ section
Once you have exited the program, you will forfeit any points that are on your account, and you will no longer be able to earn or redeem points for your purchases.
